Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll help.

I didn't get my confirmation or password-reset email.

Check your spam folder for a message from no-reply@habitmatch.app. You can request a new one from the app's sign-in screen. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.

How does matching work?

Habitmatch pairs you with an accountability partner based on shared goals and your preferences. You can adjust your matching filters in the app at any time.
